Ski Club

The ski club will be skiing at Camelback Ski Resort this year. Our scheduled ski club night is Thursdays and will take place on the following days: January 8, 15, 22, 29  and Feb 5. Our lesson time will 5:30 pm on the first 3 Thursdays. Currently students will be responsible for their own transportation to and from Camelback.  If I get enough interest in a bus I will look into pricing based on the number of students interested.

 

Below you will find the link and password to purchase your package. I also included directions from Camelback on how to purchase. A parent flyer is attached at the bottom is attached to see all the packages available and perks. Lessons and rentals may also be purchased. Forms and payment need to be completed no later than October 31st. Please email me once you register so that I can confirm all participants with what Camelback gives me.

If you do not already have an account on our online store you will need to create one. You must create the account AS SOMEONE 18 years or older and ADD your child as your associate.

·    After you have registered and/or logged in, select ‘View Group Products’ - this will take you to the homepage for your group.

 

·    **SCROLL DOWN** You will see the products available to you to choose from. 

 

·    Select products for each participant separately or select continue shopping.

 

For any of the season pass products, use the following:

 

1.   To add items to your cart, click on the picture or add to cart button. You can only add one item at a time to the cart. You cannot click multiple items at one time.

 

2.   Then add a name, select the name from the drop down or add them by clicking “Add New Party Member.”

If you add a new party member, click to enter the person’s name, date of birth, email, and relationship.

 

3.   Choose your school from the “Group Name” drop-down.

If you do not see this drop-down, you are not in your portal. Close the window and reopen using the link and password provided.

 

4.   For lessons: First select your party member. Next your Group Name: Belvidere School District. Then Events: Belvidere School DistrictFinally click Add to Cart. Your Group Leader designates the dates and times for your school visit. Please send all inquiries to your Group Leader if you have any questions regarding lesson times. 

 

5.   Once you have added all the items to your cart, you can review your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand side. Review the product(s) you have selected – if correct - Agree to Terms of Purchase by clicking the box.

 

6.   Click “Checkout” to proceed.

 

7.   Add your billing information, then click Next.

 

8.   Select how you would like your waiver(s) sent to you.

 

9.   Enter your payment information. / Confirm your order / Complete Payment

 

Through your account, please upload a new and clear headshot. To upload a photo on your account, please click My Account at the top of the online store. Under Customer Info, you can submit a photo for yourself. For any child or dependent, click on Associates. The option to add a photo will be available if the relationship is submitted as “Child” or “Dependent.” You can also submit your season pass photo by emailing your designated sales associate ylucero@camelbackresort.com.
